When refunds may or may not be granted.
Completed trades generally cannot be reversed because outcomes depend on market prices at expiry. Trading losses are not refundable.
Deposits that failed due to a technical error on our side may be refunded or credited after investigation. Duplicate charges reported within 7 days will be reviewed with the payment provider.
If your account cannot be verified after making a deposit, your deposited funds will be fully refunded to the original payment method where permitted by the payment provider.
Withdrawals that fail because of incorrect user-provided details may incur re-processing fees. Funds returned by a payment provider will be credited back to your account balance.
Chargebacks initiated without contacting support first may result in account restriction. Submit refund inquiries to our support team with your transaction reference.
